My main service to help you conceive naturally.

One in five New Zealand couples experience infertility or delays in getting pregnant, and for most, it can take six to twelve months to achieve pregnancy. For many couples, getting the timing right is all the help they need to reduce the time it takes to become pregnant. There is only a 20-25% chance of pregnancy each cycle – so with many of us now deciding to have children later in life, it is becoming even more important to maximise your chance of getting pregnant in a reduced time frame and decrease your chance of needing Fertility Treatment.

PACKAGE OUTLINE

This package consists of 2 appointments either in person, phone or Zoom. This also includes email support and interpretation of charts for 3 months. Areas we will cover include:

History

Discussing your health, medical and fertility history

Teaching

Teaching about the menstrual cycle and relationship to fertility

Charting

Learning how to observe, record and interpret signs of fertility using charting (you will become autonomous at doing this)

Questions

Addressing your specific questions and concerns

Planning

Creating a plan so you can have structure and control over the next few months of trying to conceive
